Commercial Roof Repair and Roofing
Flat, low-slope and metal roofs on shops, offices, warehouses and rental buildings across Michigan. Most commercial calls start with a leak. We find it, fix it, and give you a straight read on what the rest of the roof needs, so you can plan instead of react.
Commercial Roof Repairs
Leaks
We trace the water back to where it enters: a seam, a drain, a curb around a rooftop unit, a pipe penetration or the wall flashing, and repair that spot.
Ponding Water
Low spots that hold water after every rain wear a flat roof out faster. We look at the drainage and the membrane around those areas.
Storm Damage
Wind can lift membrane edges and hail can dent metal. See our storm damage page for what to do first.
Flat and Low-Slope Roofs
Membrane roofs are durable, but their weak points are predictable: seams, edges and anything that pokes through the roof. We repair and install TPO and rubber (EPDM) roofs using Elevate roofing systems.
- Open seams, blisters and punctures
- Flashing at walls, curbs and rooftop units
- Edges, drains and scuppers
Metal Roofs
Metal roofing sheds snow, stands up to wind and suits everything from pole barns to storefronts. We put on new metal roofs for commercial buildings and homes, with panels from a supplier right here in Flint, and repair loose or damaged panels, fasteners and trim on existing ones.
Repair or Replace?
When a commercial roof has been patched again and again, ask us to price both. You get the repair and the replacement written up side by side, usually the same day or the next after we look, so the decision is yours with the numbers in front of you.

From a Customer
Most Reliable Construction? Yes they are! Shaun’s crew were on-time, on-budget and worked some long hot days. They even worked the weekend to get my job finished. We had 3 projects: shingled 30sq home, metal roofing, and TPO. I was impressed with the upbeat attitude of the crew.
